The Nanolift MOTOKI is a minimally invasive facial lifting technique developed by Dr. Thamy Motoki based on years of clinical practice and scientific research. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia at the clinic, with no need for hospitalization. The incisions are hidden within the scalp and measure up to 2.5 cm, allowing for the removal of excess skin and the repositioning of the SMAS — the superficial musculoaponeurotic system of the face — with natural and long-lasting results. Motoki
Dr. Thamy Motoki is a plastic surgeon based in São Paulo, a titular member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (SBCP), and holds a PhD from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), where she served as co-coordinator of the Post-Bariatric Plastic Surgery Department at Hospital São Paulo (2019–2021).
She specializes in post-massive weight loss body contouring surgeries, facial rejuvenation, liplift, cervicoplasty with platysmaplasty, browlift, and blepharoplasty.
She practices at Hospital Albert Einstein, Hospital Sírio-Libanês, and Vila Nova Star.
